What is Pole Fitness?
Pole Fitness is a full body workout that intertwines stretching, warm up exercises, dancing, body lifts, and holds.
It is an "out of the box" exercise method that will put your treadmill to shame. As a beginner you'll start off will simple moves and slowly learn the technique and form for jumps,
twists, spins, squats and glides that will all be incorporated into a full dance routine. Both your upper body and core muscles will be the main focus of each routine. You will improve your flexibility with each class as you stretch farther and incorporate more dance steps.
