Classes

Pole Fitness 1


This class is ideal for students who are new to Pole Fitness. Students will build a strong foundation by learning basic walks and spins as well as focus on strength training necessary to advance in the sport.

Pole Fitness 2


This class is for students who have completed Pole Fitness 1. Students will continue to improve their skills with more advanced spins and introduce climbing techniques.

 Pole Fitness 3


Students will learn to invert on the pole as well as dismount while climbing gracefully

Pole Choreography 1

This is a class for beginners who want to learn a routine that incorporates spins. It is a fun, sassy way to work out.

Pole Boot Camp


Pole Boot Camp will prepare your body for advanced tricks. After a high impact warm-up, you will be given a toning workout that strengthens your entire body. Even if you are not enrolled in pole fitness classes this work out will give you great results.

Flexibility Class


Stretch it out and improve your flexibility! Flexibility comes into play as you advance through your pole classes. Great workout whether you practice pole or not.

Spin Pole 1

All the fun of Pole fitness - with a spin! Techniques learned on the static pole take on a new dimension when the pole is spinning.

Lap Dance


This class introduces you to the art of chair dancing while giving you a great upper body workout. No experience necessary. We start with the basics and work our way through a full routine so that at the end of the four-week session you'll be able to show off an unbelievably sassy chair dance routine.

Floorwork


In this class you will learn floor moves that you can incorporate in your pole dance routines, be prepared to work your core and arm muscles.

Aerial Silks


In this class club members will learn climbing, foot keys, beginner balancing. Members should come to class in tight fitting leggins and short or long sleeved shirts. No loose pants, no shorts or tank tops.

Zumba


Combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO" allowing participants to stick to the Zumba Fitness program and achieve long-term health benefits. Zumba is a “feel-good” workout that is great for both the body and the mind.
ZUMBA is a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps. Click to see what your missing

Hoop it Up


This is an introduction to the hoop where you will learn valuable on-body and off-body skills that will provide a fantastic base as you start your evolution as a hooper for fitness or pleasure. We will cover becoming familiar with the hoop as well as the foundations of hooping such as hooping at the waist, hips, chest and arms as well as transitioning from each level. Hoop tricks will also be incorporated which will help shape your flow and open your mind to the endless possibilities involved in hoop dance.

Dance Fitness

Does music motivate you to exercise better? Do you love to dance?    
Hiphop fitness is a fiercely fun and energetic dance class that utilizes upbeat music from various genres, in addition to the hottest Hip Hop sounds. Develop better coordination, rhythm, flexibility and most importantly – self-expression! Hiphop is a great way to build confidence and self-esteem.
Participants will quickly "own" the movement and experience the fabulous feeling that dancing gives you, while reaping the benefits of strength and cardiovascular exercise all in one class.  It will be so fun you won't realize how many calories you are actually burning and how fast time goes by. easy to follow moves and No prior dance experience necessary.

Vertical bar Aerobics 

This is an hour long class of fast aerobic movement on the pole, great for lower body and cardio!  Ladies, make sure you bring your favorite high heels because you will need them in this class, trust me, your butt will thank you!!!! 

Belly Dancing

Belly dancing is a very unique and versatile exercise that will tone your entire body!

Private Lessons

  • $75/hour for 1 person, 1 session
  • $70/hour for 1 person, 2+ sessions

  • A private hour with the instructor of your choice

Choose UP TO 2 rhythms per 1-hour session, more detailed overview of steps
