This class is ideal for students who are new to Pole Fitness. Students will build a strong foundation by learning basic walks and spins as well as focus on strength training necessary to advance in the sport.

Pole Boot Camp will prepare your body for advanced tricks. After a high impact warm-up, you will be given a toning workout that strengthens your entire body. Even if you are not enrolled in pole fitness classes this work out will give you great results.
Stretch it out and improve your flexibility! Flexibility comes into play as you advance through your pole classes. Great workout whether you practice pole or not.
All the fun of Pole fitness - with a spin! Techniques learned on the static pole take on a new dimension when the pole is spinning.
This class introduces you to the art of chair dancing while giving you a great upper body workout. No experience necessary. We start with the basics and work our way through a full routine so that at the end of the four-week session you'll be able to show off an unbelievably sassy chair dance routine.
In this class you will learn floor moves that you can incorporate in your pole dance routines, be prepared to work your core and arm muscles.
In this class club members will learn climbing, foot keys, beginner balancing. Members should come to class in tight fitting leggins and short or long sleeved shirts. No loose pants, no shorts or tank tops.
Combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO" allowing participants to stick to the Zumba Fitness program and achieve long-term health benefits. Zumba is a “feel-good” workout that is great for both the body and the mind.
ZUMBA is a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps.

This is an introduction to the hoop where you will learn valuable on-body and off-body skills that will provide a fantastic base as you start your evolution as a hooper for fitness or pleasure. We will cover becoming familiar with the hoop as well as the foundations of hooping such as hooping at the waist, hips, chest and arms as well as transitioning from each level. Hoop tricks will also be incorporated which will help shape your flow and open your mind to the endless possibilities involved in hoop dance.
